The CMSWire Reader Advisory Board is comprised of industry leaders and practitioners in the fields of digital experience, customer experience and the digital workplace. The Nu Skin Enterprises in Provo, Utah. In the midst of Nu Skin’s digital transformation, Cody has worked across the organization on teams and as a leader of teams to set the foundation for the newly established Customer Experience Office (CXO). Inside and outside of Nu Skin’s CXO, Cody is currently developing strategies, assets and programs that are transforming the organization to be data driven and “fast speed” in response to customer needs.
Prior to his position at Nu Skin, Cody spent the previous five years as director of marketing and business strategy development for North America at Modere.com where he played a leading role in a major turnaround project resulting in 300% and 700% growth in the last two years in North American markets.
Cody is a graduate of Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and also participates actively on the BYU Management Society Marketing Committee. When Cody isn’t working, you’ll find him on a mountain bike, climbing a Wasatch Mountain Peak, or spending time with his wife and four children.
Stephanie Moritz is chief marketing and communications officer of the American Dental Association and is responsible for leading the transformation of ADA Communications, Integrated and Membership Marketing, Research and Intelligence, Digital Experience, Creative Services and Public Affairs. Under her leadership, the ADA has increased the number of net new members and grown the ADA brand through the implementation of design thinking, cutting-edge marketing segmentations, insights and data-driven campaigns, content strategy, engaging storytelling, a new ADA Vision and Masterbrand strategy, a multi-million dollar Find-A-Dentist program, and programs with Colgate and P&G.
Most recently, Stephanie was senior director at ConAgra Foods and was responsible for leading public relations, social media, content marketing and community management for ConAgra’s Consumer Foods brands, such as Slim Jim, Chef Boyardee and Healthy Choice.
Stephanie was recognized as one of 2019 PRNews Top Women in Healthcare and Top Women in PR, 2018 Golden Bridge Awards Gold Category Winner: Female Professional of the Year and Marketing Executive of the Year, Media Post’s Online Marketing All Stars in 2014 and one of PR Week’s “40 Under 40.” Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, she led Communications and Product Publicity for The Hershey Company and Jim Beam Brands. She also held marketing and communications positions at EBS/Porter Novelli Convergence Group, Illinois House of Representatives and Walt Disney Attractions, Inc.
Jon Ingham is an independent people and organization effectiveness consultant at The Social Organization. He focuses on developing people-based business strategies which differentiate companies through the value created in their people. To achieve this, he works with employers to innovate their management and development approaches, often through the use of technology, to respond to changes in the world of work and also to tie more closely to their own business and workforce needs.
As well as consulting, Jon provides training on strategic HR and organizational leadership, lectures on strategic HR topics, writes on the future of work and speaks at leading conferences around the world. He is the of two books, the latest also titled “The Social Organization.”
Jon has also worked as a chemical engineer, an IT consultant and an international HR director. He has a BA in psychology, a Masters in engineering and an MBA. He has frequently been recognized a leading influencer in HR and he is one of HR Executive’s top global HR Tech influencers in 2019-20.
Jon lives in the UK but loves travel so he works globally and takes up to six weeks off most summers to visit different regions of the world with his wife and two daughters. During the rest of the year he and his wife indulge their fairly recent addiction to exercise classes at the local health club.
Irina Guseva serves as a senior research director with Gartner focusing on Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). Irina’s passion for technology stems from 20-plus years in the industry in various capacities: as a practitioner, journalist, implementation consultant, technology analyst and product marketer. She previously held product marketing roles at BloomReach and Adobe and also served as a technology analyst and consultant for Real Story Group.
Luis Benitez serves as vice president of digital workplace strategy for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. He is a workplace transformation executive whose mission is to simplify the communication and collaboration experience for employees. Luis wants to evangelize new ways of work to move away from complex and manual processes, to ones where employees have a consumer-style experience to getting work down.
He is responsible for solutions around citizen development, robotic process automation (including machine learning and artificial intelligence), agile transformation, Lynda, Successfactors, Ariba, cloud deployment of ERP, content management and Office 365 among others. He leads enablement activities for employees to drive adoption and drive awareness and adoption of Popular's internal workplace, collaboration, mobile tools and strategy.
Luis previously spent more than 14 years at IBM, where he served in roles as product management leader for IBM Watson Workspace & Work Services and senior product manager for IBM Connections. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. When Luis isn’t working, you’ll find him at the pool with the kids or taking a plane out for a ride.
Laura Pike-Seeley is a corporate librarian and knowledge professional currently serving as knowledge manager at HKS, Inc., a leading global architecture firm headquartered in Dallas. In this role, Laura helps guide the firm’s knowledge strategy by championing information organization and findability, robust resource description, process optimization and employee experience.
After graduating from Texas A&M University, Laura earned her Master of Library and Information Science (MS) and Master of Arts in History (MA) from Simmons College in Boston. Her interest in the digital workplace follows naturally from her background in corporate library services, where effective outreach and communications, information and resource organization, and a constant focus on the user experience were key drivers of success.
She lives in Dallas with her husband and son, and is expecting her second child in 2020. Outside of work, she creates a particular style of portrait photography known as “bookfaces.” These portraits were recently featured in her first solo exhibition, “Cover Stories: A Bookface Series” at Dallas’ Umbrella Gallery.
